‘Dr. Oz Show’ Airs One-Sided Program Attacking LASIK

Viewing the recent Dr. Oz Show on LASIK reminded me of how much misinformation we are given via the media and internet today. As an eye surgeon and LASIK patient myself in 1997, I personally know how safe LASIK and PRK are and the incredible blessing of seeing without dependence on glasses and contact lenses. Sunglasses: Style and Protection

When choosing sunglasses, it is not only fashionable to choose the right style, but it is also important to select the proper UV protection. Price and style do not guarantee UV protection, and you cannot “see” the level of protection that the sunglass offers.
