G. Peyton Neatrour, M.D., graduated from the University of Richmond, and received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO, Dr. Neatrour completed his residency in ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He is board certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and in both LASIK and cataract surgery by the American Board of Eye Surgery. Dr. Neatrour is an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, a consulting physician to the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. |

Vivek K. (Vic) Jain, M.D. |
Dr. Vivek K. (Vic) Jain, M.D., graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received his medical degree at West Virginia University. An internal medicine internship in Charleston, WV, followed by an ophthalmology residency in Camden, NJ, culminated in Dr. Jain’s appointment as chief resident in his third year at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. Dr. Jain served a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He is board certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and in both LASIK and cataract surgery by the American Board of Eye Surgery. Dr. Jain is an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. |
Mark A. Lipton, O.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and immunology from the University of Georgia. He earned his optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Lipton is proficient in the diagnosis and medical treatment of glaucoma, conjunctivitis, retinal problems, and corneal disorders. He has extensive experience in prescribing specialty contact lenses and the co-management of refractive and cataract patients. |
Jeffrey Dunn, O.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Florida State University, and his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Dunn has an extensive background in pediatric vision care, specialized contact lens fitting, the treatment and management of ocular disease, and co-management of refractive and cataract patients. |
David Tang, O.D., earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College, then graduated from the New England College of Optometry. He diagnoses, treats, and co-manages the treatment of most eye conditions in patients of all ages. Dr. Tang has particular interest in refractive surgery, fitting specialty contact lenses, the treatment of dry eye, and the co-management of eye surgery. A member of the American Optometric Association and the Virginia Optometry Association, he has held leadership positions in the Tidewater Optometric Society and is currently an active officer in the local chapter. |

Patrick F. Kilhenny, M.D. |
Patrick F. Kilhenny, M.D., attended Hofstra University with a New York State Regent’s scholarship and graduated with cum laude honors. He received his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico and completed the New York Medical College Fifth Pathway Clerkship program. Following an internal medicine internship at Nassau County Medical Center, Dr. Kilhenny completed residency training in neurology at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan, NY, and a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kilhenny served as a full-time assistant professor in neurology and ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Now in private practice, he remains an assistant professor of clinical ophthalmology in the EVMS ophthalmology residency program. Dr. Kilhenny’s practice is evenly divided between neurology and neuro-ophthalmology. As a neurologist, he treats patients who experience stroke, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, multiple sclerosis, and epilepsy. As a neuro-ophthalmologist, he treats double-vision, disorders of the optic nerve including optic neuritis, as well as neurologic causes of vision loss. He is also actively involved in the clinical research of anti-epileptic medications. He is currently the director of the neuro-ophthalmology service at EVMS.
