G. Peyton Neatrour, M.D.

G. Peyton Neatrour, MD graduated from the University of Richmond and received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO, Dr. Neatrour completed his residency in ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He is board certified in ophthalmology (by the American Board of Ophthalmology) and in both LASIK and cataract surgery (by the American Board of Eye Surgery). Dr. Neatrour is an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, a consulting physician to the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. As a pioneer for LASIK in Hampton Roads, Dr. Neatrour has performed over 25,000 LASIK and other vision correction procedures and is regarded as a leader and innovator in bringing new technology to eastern Virginia. He introduced all laser Intralasik to Virginia in 2002 and Beach Eye Care is the first and only practice with the advanced iFS Intralase technology. He is a laser vision correction patient himself, having undergone LASIK in 1997 and PRK enhancements in 2007. He is known for his caring exam room style (bedside manner) and outstanding patient communication as the son of two college professors. Dr. Neatrour founded Beach Eye Care in 1991.

Vivek K. (Vic) Jain, M.D.

Dr. Vivek K. (Vic) Jain, MD graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received his medical degree at West Virginia University. An internal medicine internship in Charleston, WV, followed by an ophthalmology residency in Camden, NJ, culminated in Dr. Jain’s appointment as chief resident in his third year at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. Dr. Jain served a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He is board certified in ophthalmology (by the American Board of Ophthalmology) and in both LASIK and cataract surgery (by the American Board of Eye Surgery). Dr. Jain is an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Mark A. Lipton, O.D.

Mark A. Lipton, OD received his Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and immunology from the University of Georgia. He earned his optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Lipton is proficient in the diagnosis and medical treatment of glaucoma, conjunctivitis, retinal problems, and corneal disorders. He has extensive experience in prescribing specialty contact lenses and the co-management of refractive and cataract patients.

David J. Tang, O.D.

David J. Tang, OD earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and then graduated from the New England College of Optometry. He diagnoses, treats, and co-manages the treatment of most eye conditions in patients of all ages. Dr. Tang has particular interest in refractive surgery, fitting specialty contact lenses, the treatment of dry eyes, and the co-management of eye surgery. A member of the American Optometric Association and the Virginia Optometry Association, he has held leadership positions in the Tidewater Optometric Society, where he currently remains an active officer in the local chapter.

Jeffrey Dunn, O.D.

Jeffrey Dunn, OD received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Florida State University and his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Dunn has an extensive background in pediatric vision care, specialized contact lens fitting, the treatment and management of ocular disease, and co-management of refractive and cataract patients.
